iRanch ("we," "our," or "us") operates the iRanch mobile applications, including the iRanch Buyer/Seller App and the iRanch Transporter App (collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Apps. By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Our services are intended for use by residents of the United States only.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Identification Information
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Profile photo/image
2.2 Authentication & Account Information
- Firebase UID (used to verify your identity securely)
- Social login identifiers when you sign in via Google, Apple, or Facebook
- Account status (active, suspended, banned, inactive)
- Email and mobile verification status
- Account creation date
- Temporary email and phone number (stored briefly during verification)
2.3 Location Data
- Current GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude), collected only when you actively use location-based features in the Transporter App
2.4 Device & Notification Data
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push notification tokens
- Notification preferences and status
2.5 Financial & Transaction Data (Buyer/Seller App)
- Payment method information (bank accounts via ACH, debit/credit cards)
- Transaction and purchase history
- Payout history and scheduled payout dates
- Platform fees and convenience fees associated with transactions
2.6 Communication & Support Data
- Messages submitted through our Contact Us form
- Your name, email, phone number, subject, and message content when contacting support
2.7 Technical & Usage Data
- IP address (collected during public contact form submissions)
- Browser/device user agent string
- Session data associated with your login
3. How We Collect Your Information
We collect information:
- Directly from you when you register, update your profile, or use app features
- Automatically when you use our Apps (location, device tokens, session data)
- Through third-party authentication providers (Google, Apple, Facebook, Firebase) when you choose to sign in using those services
- Through one-time passcodes (OTP) sent via SMS or email to verify your identity
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Verify your identity and authenticate you securely
- Process payments and manage transaction history
- Deliver and schedule payouts to sellers
- Send push notifications, SMS messages, and emails relevant to your account activity
- Display and update your profile information
- Provide location-based features in the Transporter App
- Respond to your support and contact requests
- Maintain the security and integrity of our platform
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
5. One-Time Passcodes (OTP)
We send OTP codes via SMS (through Twilio) and email (through SendGrid) to verify your identity when:
- Registering or updating your mobile number
- Registering or updating your email address
- Performing account recovery
OTP codes are stored temporarily and deleted immediately after successful verification.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party marketers or data brokers.
We use the following service providers solely to operate our platform:

7. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account through the App. Upon deletion:
- Your first name, last name, email, phone number, profile image, and temporary verification data will be permanently removed
- Account deletion will be blocked if you have any pending transportation or transaction operations that have not yet been completed
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Financial and transaction records may be retained longer where required by applicable law. OTP verification codes are deleted immediately after use.
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- JWT-based session authentication with expiring tokens
- Firebase identity verification
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure AWS cloud storage
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
